Holly Garden
This pathway garden features a collection of over twenty different varieties of hollies displayed in shrub, tree and topiary forms. Holly tree varieties are not well known in the west and this garden was created to show their diversity in leaf sizes and growth habits. Holly ranges in size from a very petite 12 inches to full size trees at 75 feet. They can be either evergreen or deciduous, but all produce colorful berries in the fall.
Guests can also catch stunning views of the Lily Pond and one of the Park's largest waterfalls from the garden's two observation decks, Cantilever Deck and Lily Pond Deck, which are accessed via the Holly Walk.
