Day 1: Saturday, June 21, 2025
- 10:00 AM – Arrival, settling in, snack
- 12:00 PM – Lunch at Creekside Terrace & announcements
- 1:00 PM – Nature hikes and activities
- Daisies & Brownies: Scavenger hunts and nature-inspired crafts
- Juniors: Garden walks and design exploration
- 3:00 PM – Junior Scouts explore more gardens and participate in a scavenger hunt
- 5:00 PM – Prepare for dinner (Overnight scouts only)
- 6:00 PM – Dinner at Picnic Grove Lawn
- 7:00 PM – Skits, music, and fun
- 8:00 PM – Tent time and socializing
- 10:00 PM – Lights out

Troop Notes
- Badges: Troop leaders should bring the badges scouts are working on.
- Craft Supplies: Troops will select the crafts for their scouts and bring the supplies to the park. These supplies will be transported to the Creekside Terrace for use during the event.
- Parking: Free parking for buses; discounted rates for personal vehicles.
